GUCCI commissioned me creating a series of images for celebreting their 100th anniversary and for the launch of their first collectible collaboration with Hot Wheels.
For creating the series of images, I crafted a miniature diorama of Gucci's first shop in Florence, inside a wooden box that stands as a "travel in time suitcase”,
which includes the Hot Wheels x Gucci limited edition scale car.
Gucci x Hot Wheels / Limited Edition Collectible.
Hot Wheels immortalized the 1982 Gucci Cadillac Seville creating a limited edition 1/64 scale car which is the first high fashion collaboration for Hot Wheels
and first official collectible from Gucci.
Extremely Rare Artwork and Collectable.
This is a extremely rare piece, since it could be the first "non_official" Gucci suitcase, but that was created for a commissioned project by Gucci with their authorization.
As well, the Limited Edition Gucci - Hot Wheels is also extremely rare. Since this scale car is a prototype that Gucci sent me for the proyect.
The “embargo" code can be seen in the hood of the Hot Wheels as well the plaque is different from those that went into the limited production.

This Gucci x Hot Wheels collaboration was a real joy to create and one of my most beloved projects so far… For what these brands represents in the design world.
